Carry your own bags
You can carry one baggage item onto the plane with you. Remember
to use common sense when considering carry-on items to bring aboard
- the item should fit under your seat or in the overhead bin (approximately
9x14x22). And we know you are headed somewhere fun, but please don't
try to carry on surfboards, beach umbrellas, skis...
One personal item, such as a purse, briefcase, shopping bag or
laptop computer, can be carried on as well.
Child safety seats and outer garments may also be carried on-board,
as well as any assistive device you may need, like a cane or crutches.
These items will not count toward your carry on limits.

Let Ted carry your bags
Before you check your bags, be sure to check the size. You can check bags that weigh less than 50 lbs. and meet our size requirements. To check the "size" of your bag, measure the height, width and length in inches and add those three numbers together. If you get 62 or less, you're good. If it's bigger, you may need to talk to the check-in agent about special arrangements.

Delayed baggage
You trust Ted with your luggage, and he
doesn't take that lightly. Delayed baggage doesn't happen often,
but when it does Ted is committed
to making the experience as painless as possible. If for some reason
we can't reunite you with your baggage at the airport, Ted will
find your bags for you and get them to you at your destination.
Ted will even consider helping you cover some of the costs for
essential
personal items you might need in the interim.
